Peninsula Boot Camp's 4 week, outdoor program is the original and toughest on the Peninsula. We lead by example, not follow. Our programs are always varied, professional, exciting and tough! There are no fad diets, no magic powders, just tried, tested & proven programs designed to get you serious results in a seriously short time frame!
  • 2 x 1 hour fitness assessments (before and after boot camp program)
  • 12 x 1 sessions over 4 weeks
  • Sessions are run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Time: 6am or 6:30pm
  • Programs are run monthly
  • Individually tailored programs that are varied and progressive
  • Professional, friendly, motivating environment
  • Price: $220 for our 4 week program


BOOTCAMP BOXING - 1 HOUR OF POWER

Due to popular demand, Peninsula Boot Camp is now running its boxing program all year round! We started our programs back in 2002 and we still have the same boxers come back year after year! Now there are just more of them!


Our Boxing Instructor has been trained by some of the world's best boxing & kickboxing coaches including:

  • Des Duquid - Former Olympic and Commonwealth boxing medalist
  • Phil Fagan - World Champion kickboxer
  • Billy Manne - Seventh Degree Black Belt in Karate. Master Trainer of Kick Boxers
  • Our boxing program can see you burn in excess of 1000 calories a session!!
  • Intense training session for all levels of fitness.
  • All equipment is supplied although we do encourage people to bring their own gloves or purchase some from us.
  • Programs run monthly on: Tuesday and Thursday nights
  • Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
  • Price: $150 for 4 weeks

POWER CIRCUIT

To change your body shape you need more than just a cardio work out. A complete program should always include aerobic exercise & weight training to get that toned, slim look!

  • Run every 4 weeks at the start of each month on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings
  • Programs run by professionals, using only commercial gym equipment and huge range of free weights
  • Focused on machine and free weights that are targeted on strengthening and toning your body - not increasing size.
