Peninsula Boot Camp's 4 week, outdoor program is the original and toughest on the Mornington Peninsula. Our participants come from all over the Mornington Peninsula & beyond! Being the original operator of Boot Camp on the Peninsula, we lead by example, not follow. Our programs are always varied, professional, exciting and tough! There are no boring sessions, just proven programs designed to get you serious results in a seriously short time frame!
- 14 x 1 sessions over 4 weeks
- Pre and Post fitness assessment.
- Sessions are run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Time: 6am -7am
- Programs are run monthly

POWER CIRCUIT – power, tone, endurance and intensity

To change your body shape you need more than just a cardio work out. Peninsula Boot Camp's Power Circuit program is about boosting the metabolism and reshaping the body whilst still giving you the ultimate cardio workout!
Our Power Circuit Program consists of:
- Free Weights - Interval Training - Plyometrics - Core - Kettlebells - Machine weights - Cardio
- Morning sessions run Tuesday and Thursday 6am-6.45am

Night sessions run Monday and Wednesday 7pm-7.45pm
- Programs run by Professional Trainers, with the focus on program variety, safety and form.
- We only use commercial gym equipment and huge range of free weights
